INSPIRED BY LOVE – MY STORY

For me cooking is about preparing a meal with your heart and soul and then sharing it with your loved ones. This love for food reflects the passion, gratefulness and commitment to those you care about when you serve them a dish.

When my middle daughter was diagnosed with a gluten intolerance, I felt a sense of loss for her. Not only was she missing the foods she had loved, she was also missing the interactions and connections that those foods brought to her life.  This realization prompted me to start cooking and baking exclusively gluten-free to ensure that I could continue to share my love with her through my baking. I also found myself disappointed with the measly range and poor quality of gluten free products commercially available. 

What began as a mission to create a safe haven for my daughter has turned into an unceasing pursuit of providing for people with serious allergies and intolerances so that they may to enjoy the baked goods they desire.

When it comes to delicious bread and scrumptious pastries, why should anyone miss out? Especially you!


I’ve put all the options back on the table with baked goods that are 100% gluten and wheat free… and 100% flavor-full.

I’ll never be satisfied with ‘good enough’---because, frankly, I deserve better (and so do you!) I aim for extraordinary by creating artisan bakes that will make your taste buds jump for pure joy. 


I make everything from scratch with the freshest ingredients, and constantly strive to raise the bar for gluten-free baked goods.
